Positioning in Intra-Africa Trade

The postponement of #AfCFTA could be hailed as an opportunity to build on countries preparedness.The stimulus packages that have been rolled out in many countries should be employed effectively by African countries to position the economies for#AfCFTA.Rescue packages will not always be there and the Continent Member countries need to rethink to be always ready for future unforeseen catastrophic disasters of the COVID19 magnitude.Fragmented IPR laws across Africa are the proverbial elephant in the room, Competition etc all these issues must be addressed by countries.
