AfCFTA considers Special Economic Zones: Special Economic Zones are key in the growth of economies.However SEZs are complex entities that need ex ante assessments from time to time.Traditional SEZs have been problematic in that they tend not to follow countries' labor regulations.Most SEZs employ a lot of women and this means women easily become cheap sources of labor.The article below has reference.
